Details: Graduates from the Fanshawe diplomas listed above, who meet program admission requirements, will receive a block of 60 transfer credits. Fanshawe College students will consult with a BHM advisor to plan the selection of 60 credits of degree completion course work. Degree completion requirements include an additional 60 credits of academic work and at least 9 credits of internship or cooperative work experience. Typically, completion of the additional 60 credits requires 4 academic semesters, or 2 years. The internship or cooperative work experience typically occurs in the time between the academic years. NOTE: students applying with a Culinary Management diploma or Baking and Pastry Arts Management diploma must successfully complete an additional bridging semester.
