Fanshawe's Professional Butchery Techniques (1y year) certificate has been granted Ministry recognition against the in-school training requirements in the Retail Meat Cutter Apprenticeship (245R).
- Graduates may get exemption from Level 1 (one apprenticeship level is equivalent to 1 year)
