Students who have graduated from the Fanshawe College Bachelor of Applied Technology - Biotechnology honours degree program with a minimum cGPA of 3.0 will be admitted directly into the MS Biotechnology program or the MS Bioinformatics program at the Toronto campus of Northeastern University. Direct admission students must submit an application with transcripts, but they do not need to provide references or an essay. The application fee is waived for all Fanshawe applicants. For Biotechnology graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or above who have received direct admission to the MS Biotechnology or MS Bioinformatics program for a start date of January or September 2025, an additional 12.5% scholarship will be offered. For Biotechnology graduates with a GPA below 3.0 may also apply for admission through the regular application process with the application fee waiver, If admitted, these students will receive a 5% scholarship.
