Fanshawe Baking and Pastry Arts Management program has been granted Ministry recognition against the in-school training requirements in the Baker-Pâtissier trade, as follows:
- Graduates of the Baking and Pastry Arts Management College Diploma program will be granted exemption from Level 1, 2 and 3 of Baker-Pâtissier Apprenticeship training. One apprenticeship level is equivalent to 1 year.

NOTE: Apprenticeship application is with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD): register with the Ministry for the equivalent apprenticeship and submit proof of Fanshawe program completion and transcripts.
