Fanshawe Baking and Pastry Arts Management program have been granted Ministry recognition against the in-school training requirements in the Baker-Pâtissier trade, as follows: Graduates of the Baking and Pastry Arts Management College Diploma program will be granted exemption from Level 1, 2 and 3 of Baker-Pâtissier Apprenticeship training.
