Fanshawe Culinary Skills (1y year) certificate and Culinary Management (2 year) diploma have been granted Ministry recognition against the in-school training requirements in the Cook Apprenticeship trade, as follows:
- Graduates of the Culinary Skills (1-year) Certificate will be granted exemption from Level 1 Cook Apprenticeship training.
- Graduates of the Culinary Management (2-year) Diploma will be granted exemption from Levels 1 and 2 Cook Apprenticeship training
One apprenticeship level is equivalent to 1 year.
