Fanshawe Culinary Skills and Culinary Management programs have been granted Ministry recognition against the in-school training requirements in the Cook Apprenticeship trade, as follows: Graduates of the Culinary Skills (1-year) Certificate will be granted exemption from Level 1 Cook Apprenticeship training. Graduates of the Culinary Management (2-year) Diploma will be granted exemption from Levels 1 and 2 Cook Apprenticeship training (1 apprenticeship level is equivalent to 1 year).
