Fanshawe Pre-Health graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, are eligible for advanced standing in Queen’s Bachelor of Health Science. Successful transfer students will be entitled to receive the following transfer credits towards the BHSc(H) program, provided that all human anatomy and chemistry courses within the Pre-Health Sciences Pathway were completed with a minimum grade of C (63%) or higher on the first attempt (unless documented extenuating circumstances required a course repeat): ANAT 100 (3.0 units); CHEM 113 (3.0 units); CHEM 114 (3.0 units); 100-Level unspecified transfer credit (3.0 units).
