The Fanshawe Pre-Health Sciences courses listed below have been evaluated by Western as secondary school level prerequisites. A minimum 80% GPA in the Fanshawe program is required to be considered for admission at Western.

- CHEM 1004 & CHEM 1006 = 12U Chemistry (SCH4U);
- PHYS 1005 & PHYS 1009 = 12U Physics (SPH4U);
- MATH 3079 = 12U Calculus (MCV4U);
- MATH 3080 = 12U Advanced Functions (MHF4U);
- MATH 1024 = 12U Functions and Applications (MCF3M) & 12U Relations and Functions (MCR3U);
- MATH 1028 = 12U Functions and Applications (MCF3M) & 12U Relations and Functions (MCR3U);
- COMM 3050 = 12U English (ENG4U).
NOTE: Completing the secondary school equivalents alone does not guarantee admission. All other admission requirements apply. The equivalencies listed above have been assessed as meeting prerequisite standing, they do not provide transfer credits.
